Our declining financial
situation here in Summit
Trails is partly due to
the roughly 1/3 of
owners that, for
whatever reason, do
not pay their
monthly homeowners dues,
resulting in the balance
of homeowners paying for
their cable TV
and other community
amenities.
As
per our rules and regulations here
at Summit Trails, all vehicles must
now be registered with the STHOA and
display the new Community
Resident Sticker, and/or a Summit Trails Guest Pass. Vehicles without new
stickers will be towed at owner's expense. Program
