The board has decided that in order to accommodate more of the resident's issues in the community, they have made the slot on the clubhouse office door a "Suggestion Box." Though it says Suggestion, it is any issue you have with your common area around your villa, parking, lawn issues, suggestions for the board, et cetera.
The slot is labeled "Suggestion Box." So feel free to drop your suggestions or issues in the slot. There will be a supply of pre-printed submission forms and a pen in case you do not have your suggestion written out prior to coming to the clubhouse. Please write your villa number and phone number on the paper in order for a board member to contact you.
