The parking situation here in Summit Trails has been a problem for quite some time. Some cars are parked without STHOA parking stickers, some are parked in guest spots for extended periods of time and the list goes on. So, effective immediately, our parking rules and regulations will be adhered to, or your vehicle(s) will be towed.

Please be aware that the STHOA parking rules and regulations are now in effect. Any vehicle(s) in violation of the parking rules and regulations will be immediately towed at the owner's expense.
